Filing a Claim

By working directly with the hearing care provider, ESCO processes claims immediately, and most are authorized within one business day.

A claim must be submitted by the hearing care provider.

Filing a claim is easy!

Contact your practitioner and ask them to complete and submit the required documents to ESCO.

Upon approval, ESCO will send your practitioner authorization details about the claim.

Your practitioner will send your device or ear impression to the Manufacturer.

The manufacturer will ship your device back to the practitioner.

Your practitioner will schedule time with you for fitting and adjustments to your device.

Copayments & Fees

Hearing aids are sophisticated devices and require specialized services only your hearing care practitioner can provide.

Beyond the repair or replacement of your hearing aid, there may be fees charged by your hearing care practitioner for the time and services related to the reprogramming or refitting of your hearing aid. Your hearing care provider will inform you of these fees upfront, so there are no surprise costs when your claim is filed.*

* If your device is lost during the policy period, you will need to pay the balance of the premium before your claim is authorized.
