Filing a Claim

By working directly with your hearing care practitioner, ESCO processes claims immediately, and most are authorized within one business day. A claim must be submitted by the hearing care practitioner.

Filing a Claim is Easy!

  1. Contact your practitioner and ask them to complete and submit the required documents to ESCO.
  2. Upon approval, ESCO will send your practitioner authorization details about the claim.
  3. Your practitioner will send your device or ear impression to the Manufacturer.
  4. The manufacturer will ship your device back to the practitioner.
  5. Your practitioner will schedule time with you for fitting and adjustments to your device.

Copayments & Fees

Hearing aids are sophisticated devices and require specialized services only your hearing care practitioner can provide. Beyond the repair or replacement of your hearing aid, there may be fees charged by your hearing care practitioner for the time and services related to the reprogramming or refitting of your hearing aid. You are responsible to pay these directly to your practitioner.

Frequently Asked Question

Does ESCO charge a deductible at the time of a claim?

ESCO does not have deductibles at the time of claim.  However, you may be charged a fee for professional services performed by your practitioner in the event of a loss, damage or repair claim.  Your ESCO policy does not cover any fees for professional services.
