What’s the difference between accidental damage and repair?

Accidental Damage means unintentional physical damage sustained by your hearing aids.  EXAMPLES:

  • Goes through washing machine
  • Pet got hold of it

Repair is gradual deterioration, normal wear and tear and electronic failure. EXAMPLES:

  • Stops working, dead, weak
  • Battery drain
  • Intermittent
